2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Full money-back refunds for:

  • Damaged items upon arrival
  • Incorrect items received
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with required evidence.

3. WHAT TO INCLUDE

Use the contact form with subject REFUND REQUEST, including:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging (including visible damage)
  • Photo of the shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

4. RESOLUTION

For approved claims, choose between a full refund or replacement. No item returns required.

5. COURIER ISSUES

WHIIRLWND™ is not liable for lost packages or delivery delays caused by the courier. Please coordinate directly with the courier for delivery concerns.

6. CANCELLATIONS
